Kite lessons with the Cabrinha family

It’s not everyday you get a student with their name written all over the kite. After teaching Pete Cabrinha’s wife Lisa earlier this year, this past week I’ve had the honour to teach kiting to the lovely young lady Tahiti Cabrinha with her cheering Mom Lisa. Yesterday her Dad Pete Cabrinha took a break from the office and came down to witness his little girl take her first steps into the kiteboarding world he actually helped develop! The look on his face when she got right up and took off was absolutely priceless! Tahiti just turned 17 and she’s a natural! She’s going to be flying around in the ocean with us in no time. Now be on the lookout for the Cabrinha family kiting together during your next kite session on Maui!
